Meeting Minutes 6-11-2025

The Town Board meeting was called to order by Chairman Leverich at 7:01 p.m. in the Angelo
Town Hall on June 11th , 2025.
Supervisor Brown moved to accept the minutes of the May 13th, 2025 meeting as found on the
website.  Second by Supervisor Geier, motion carried. 3-0 Motion Carried.
Review of Cemetery Association Fees – it was decided to review cemetery association needs
and take action at the annual meeting in April 2026.
Review of park – Supervisor Brown is going to check on hours relating to open hours for the
park.
Clarification of building permits were reviewed and Shoreland permit rules are enforced by the
county.
Sheila Cavadini requested a review of a lot near her home that has not been mowed in two
years. The lot is between (16933) and (17011). Chairman Leverich will reach out to Ms.
Cavadini.
Jack Akers presented the board with updated information on the Angelo Pond Development.
Mr. Akers plans to return to a future board meeting.
Supervisor Geier moved to approve the alcohol licenses. Second by Supervisor Brown. 3-0 Motion
Carried
Supervisor Brown moved to approve the operator licenses before the board as long as proper training is
completed by applicants according to state statues and all paperwork is submitted to the clerk by June 25th, 2025. Second by Supervisor Geier. 3-0 Motion Carried.

Mobile Home Park Licenses will be postponed for approval at an upcoming meeting as Supervisor
Brown is looking up ownership. The town clerk will also contact the mobile home parks for additional
information.

Ordinance Issues:
Heintz Property: No action taken.
Crocker: June 30th the current resident is supposed to take action to buy. Continue to review.

Tucker: Situation is better but still needs work.
Ian Cleary: Continue to review.
Richards: Continue to review.
Mobil Home Park – Continue to review
14078 Co Hwy I (LaBarre – owner has renter):Continue to review
Disposal Center: No updates.
Road Maintenance:
1) Review of Resolution approving DOT’s permanent closure of Gillette Ave’s connection to
Hwy 21 – Review of Les Penden – currently on file with Register of Deeds. Additional
paperwork to follow as Supervisor Brown is sending additional information to the
attorney.
Clerk update – New printer was purchased and many trainings for the new clerk have been
attended including “Boot Camp”.
Public Comment – additional comments on park and noise issues in the township.
Chairman Leverich moved to approve the bills before the board. Second by Supervisor Brown.
3-0 Motion Carried.
Supervisor Brown moved to adjourn at 8:11 PM . Second by Supervisor Geier. 3-0 Motion
Carried.
