Town of Angelo Board Meeting Minutes for

8-11-2026

The Town Board meeting was called to order by Chairman Leverich at 7:01 p.m. in the
Angelo Town Hall on August 11, 2026.
1. Supervisor Brown moved to approve July 14th, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes.
Seconded by Supervisor Geier. 3-0 Motion Carried.
2. Discussed camping permits and/or ordinances. Allowed to stay 20 days per
month on a residential property. Keeping lawyers updated on progress.
3. Discussion and Possible Action on Ordinance Issues.
a. Tucker – Possible buyer.
b. 15607 Hat – Skirted camper still on property.
c. Vian County Trunk AA
d. 10214 Hwy 16 – cars and junk. 3rd notice will be sent.
e. 10230 Hwy 16 – scrap, junk, and someone living in camper. Survey being
done. On hold till property lines have been determined.
f. 14097 Haven Ave (Leo Heintz) – camper and deck. Need to be reviewed.
4. Discussion on Disposal Center. Need to update hours on website and at the
disposal center.
5. Road Maintenance
a. Supervisor Geier will contact Seitz about moving Hilltop up on their agenda re.
culverts.
b. 18850 Hilltop’s drive keeps washing sand and gravel across the road. Dave
will follow up.
6. Clerk and Treasurer Report: Looking to update our billing software. Will add it to
our September agenda.
7. Public comment: Looking for someone who can fix some siding on the town hall.
The town is also looking to establish a data center committee. Discuss at
September’s meeting.
8. Approval of Bill for Payment – Supervisor Brown moved to approve the bills
before the board. Second by Supervisor Geier.    3-0 Motion Carried.
9. Supervisor Geier moved to adjourn at 7:49 p.m. Second by Supervisor Brown. 3-0
Motion Carried.
