Approved Meeting Minutes 10-14-2025

The Town Board meeting was called to order by Chairman Leverich at 7:00 p.m. in the Angelo
Town Hall on October 14th, 2025.
Supervisor Brown moved to accept the minutes of the September 9th, 2025, meeting as found
on the website.  Second by Supervisor Geier. 3-0 Motion Carried.
A representative from the Sparta School Board wanted to invite all members of the township to
two meetings. Both meetings are being held October 21st , 2025 at Meadowview Middle School.
The Facility Meeting begins at 5 p.m. and the Annual Meeting begins at 6 p.m.
Leo Heintz and his attorney Matt Kloes were present to discuss the Heintz property. No further
action was taken.
Town Hall Maintenance was reviewed. Some of the walls and downspouts were pressure
washed. The bushes need to be trimmed back and some tree branches removed. There are
also some spots of loose siding that need to be replaced. The maintenance committee will work
on these projects.
The mobile home ordinance will be emailed to a prospective buyer at the Babcock Property in
regard to mobile home/camper ordinance.
Ordinance Issues:
Crocker: Waiting for final eviction. There is a list of buyers for the property.
Tucker: Trailer was seen loading out items. Continue to review.
Ian Cleary: Registered letter to be sent as more cars are appearing.
Richards: Progress has been made – continue to review.
Mobile Home Park – some progress – continue to review
10760 Harmony Ave – letter to be sent reviewing cars
15607 Hat Ave – letter to be sent
16809 Hawkweed – letter to be sent regarding cars
11995 Hwy 21 – Junk van with expired license, letter to be sent

15845 Hwy 16 – Full of junk cars, letter to be sent

Road Maintenance:
Norb Brown will complete road review report when it comes via mail.

Supervisor Brown moved to approve the bills before the board. Second by Supervisor Geier.
3-0 Motion Carried.
Supervisor Brown moved to adjourn at 7:51 p.m.. Second by Supervisor Geier. 3-0 Motion
Carried.
