Budget Hearing
November 11th , 2025
7:00 p.m.
The Town of Angelo met Tuesday, November 11th, at 7:00 p.m. at the town hall for the purpose
of holding the Budget Hearing and Special Town Meeting for 2025. All board members were
present along with 8 residents.
The proposed budget was presented and discussed.
Special Town Meeting
Gary Peterson moved to approve the levy of $93,636. Ernie Jahn seconded, motion carried.
Janet Evans made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:17 p.m. Frank Lamb seconded, motion
carried.

Town Board Meeting

Town Hall – 14123 Co. Hwy I Sparta, WI 54656
These minutes are appending approval at the December 9th, 2025 town board meeting.
The Town board was called to order at 7:18 p.m. by Chairman Leverich.
Supervisor Brown moved to approve the minutes of the October board meeting. Supervisor Geier
seconded, 3-0 Motion carried.
Supervisor Brown moved to accept the budget approved at the special town budget meeting as
well as the levy of $93,636, Second by Supervisor Geier, 3-0 motion carried.
Discussion and possible action on ordinance issues:
Crocker: Waiting for final eviction. There is a list of buyers for the property.
Tucker: Trailer was seen loading out items. Continue to review.
Ian Cleary: Registered Letter to be sent as more cars are appearing.
Richards: Progress has been made – Continue to review.
Mobil Home Park – some progress – continue to review
10760 Harmony Ave – Continue to review
15607 Hat Ave – Letter to be sent
16809 Hawkweed – Letter to be sent regarding cars
11995 Hwy 21 – Junk van has been removed, continue to review
15845 Hwy 16 – Continue to review
Discussion and possible action on Disposal Center
Woodpile will be burned when the snow flies
The gates at the disposal center need to be reviewed especially before the snow falls for winter.
Discussion and possible action on roads
Chairman Leverich will work on getting this completed.
Greenbush has been paved. Supervisor Brown has completed road paperwork and will review with
Supervisor Geier for future completion.
Clerk/Treasurer Update:
The tax bill envelopes will need to be stuffed and sent out. People will be notified of date and time to
assist.
There are 4 elections in 2026. Poll workers will need continuing ed. Angela will let them know which modules to take online.
Discussion and possible action on Town Hall
There is a large bush in front of the town hall that needs to be trimmed or removed. Ernie Jahn will work
on this project.
Need street light in parking lot
Badgerland Emergency Medical Services discussion and possbilel action
A presentation was completed by Badgerland Emergency Medical Services on 911 services. The quote
will be $20 per capita. Currently the Town of Angelo pays $10 per capita with Hess, but Hess has now
been bought out by Gundersen. This topic will be added to the December agenda for additional review.
Mowing bills were presented and a charge of $1675 will be added to Steve Evans’ tax bill.
Motion by Supervisor Geier to approve the bills for payment as presented before the board.
Second by Supervisor Brown, 3-0 motion carried.
Supervisor Geier moved to adjourn at 7:58. Second by Supervisor Brown, 3-0 motion carried.
